Our apartment was right across the street from the Chech consulate. One of the days we could see some guy going at it on the violin through the window. How parisian.
This was a beautiful weekend in the Luxembourg gardens. There were lots of kids playing with sailboats in this one particular fountain and they all had those long sticks to push them around in the water:

I've seen these guys before. They paint their faces and hands with paint so that they look like statutes and stand perfectly still until someone makes a donation. Bet that sucks in the middle of the summer...

Speaking of the Seine, these boats along the river were all decked out with full living room sets. And one had the really cool car...
